- ➤ At a spring conference in Bristol—Gov. Ned Lamont addressed school superintendents on education funding, student mental health and technology use in classrooms. - ➤ Hartford Mayor Arulampalam announced the creation of a COLA Task Force to explore cost of living adjustments for city pensioners and improve the pension fund long term stability.
