On Pratt Street, locals enjoyed a vibrant watch party where fans cheered the U.S. in a World Cup opener against Paraguay and celebrated a late goal from Giovanni Reyna. Organized by the Hartford Chamber (and American Outlaws Hartford), local bars and restaurants set up outdoor screens and booths.
