HEALTH NEWS

  • Access Health CT’s CEO James Michel said rising base premiums and the end of COVID-era enhanced rates are making insurance more expensive—customers are urged to review all enrollment options and sign up by Dec. 15 for Jan. 1 coverage. He warned that uncertain congressional action on subsidies may lead to higher premiums later.  NBC Connecticut

SPORTS NEWS

  • UConn star Azzi Fudd was surprised by her celebrity status at Stephen Curry’s basketball camp in Chongqing on August 20 — she received gifts and autographs from fans who cheered her skills.
