The Wrap

Hartford is about to get a summer preview in the first week of November. Highs should top 70 inland today, and the average high for the Hartford area this time of year is in the mid-50s. Wednesday could land within a few degrees of the Nov. 4 record high of 78 from 1987. Shorts weather, we'll allow it.
