- ➤ Gov. Ned Lamont and Gov. Dan McKee held a press conference Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. to discuss a federal court ruling that allowed work to resume on the Revolution Wind project—about 80% complete with 45 of 65 wind turbines installed—after a stop-work order halted construction on Aug. 22. - ➤ A high-ranking state police official said he is disappointed that the ACLU filed a federal lawsuit in Hartford on behalf of residents who claim their free speech rights were violated after officers ordered protesters to leave highway overpasses — the lawsuit names DOT Commissioner Garrett Eucalitto and Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection Commissioner Ronnell Higgins and alleges that protest signs distracted drivers.
