- ➤ Hugo Wattel and Leo Kollen of West Hartford Boy Scout Troop 44 earned the Eagle Scout rank on June 14 at a ceremony held at the Universalist Church of West Hartford. In the ceremony, Hugo led a project at Wolcott Elementary School and Leo built custom tables for the church — each completed a community project that reflects the 6% of Scouts earning this honor — and their achievement marks a milestone for the troop.
