- ➤ West Hartford and Windsor police charged a teacher with a felony for risk of injury to a child and a misdemeanor for allegedly improperly touching students at two schools — parents said complaints were not followed up quickly by school officials. Connecticut Post
- ➤ John Marczak, 44, from Plainville was fatally struck on South Main Street in West Hartford on June 7 by a 22-year-old driver who reportedly said he intentionally hit him, and police arrested the suspect who faces charges including evading responsibility with serious injuries. NBC Connecticut

HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ A new automated kiosk at Bradley International Airport offered travelers virtual health care by using sensors—like an automated blood pressure cuff and stethoscope—to check vital signs and examine symptoms. Hartford HealthCare said the service, which opened on June 17th, is the first of its kind in a U.S. airport and is part of a plan to make care more accessible. Connecticut Post
- ➤ Bradley Airport now offers a virtual medical kiosk in Terminal A that lets travelers connect with Hartford HealthCare and OnMed clinicians on a 65-inch screen for quick healthcare visits — the system lets passengers self-administer tests with built-in diagnostic equipment. The kiosk is available to all travelers and is expected to be the busiest among similar kiosks in Connecticut. FOX61
