Ned Lamont announced in West Hartford on Feb. 5 that his FY2027 budget proposal will use $12 million to offer free breakfast to all public school students and $500,000 to remove fees for reduced-price lunches statewide — a move that promises to help 500,000 kids start their day right. - ➤ Konover Campus Center is becoming 'The Nest', a $2.8M dining space for nearly 300 students with a modern rustic design by UHart alum Vincent Dadamo M’24.
