- ➤ Marine veteran Jared McCool founded Steadfast Farms in Bethlehem in 2017—now the farm produces up to 320,000 quail eggs a year and raises other poultry—and he is planning a processing facility expansion to ship pre-packaged products nationwide by the end of this year. CT Mirror
