Two men were arrested Saturday in Hartford when one man struck two state police cruisers during a Burger King traffic stop on New Britain Avenue—state police tracked a brown 2025 Kia Telluride linked to counterfeit U.S. currency and later found the driver, a Hartford resident with a criminal record, carrying $6,500 in fake money, fentanyl pills and a handgun while his passenger faced forgery charges.
