- ➤ A vigil — held at 6 p.m. on Shultas Place in Hartford — was organized by Mothers United Against Violence to honor the two adults and two children killed in a fatal house fire earlier this week. Connecticut Post
- ➤ A tragic fire on Shultas Place in Hartford left a family with nothing and killed four people including two children as community members set up a GoFundMe and donation boxes while Mayor Arunan Arulampalam visited the memorial and a vigil is planned for Sunday at 4 p.m. with state police investigating the cause—family members are taking it one day at a time.
