Hartford firefighters rescued ducklings from a storm drain on Saturday around 6 a.m. at New Park Avenue after a CT Transit supervisor and Stop + Shop customers spotted a frantic mother duck; they entered the drain to carefully remove each duckling and reunite them with their mom.
