Hartford Foundation for Public Giving announced on Friday the launch of the Greater Futures Scholarship Fund that will provide qualifying city students up to $100,000 over four years for college; the fund will initially award more than 110 Class of 2025 members $20,000 each year and later expand to support 500 students annually with additional academic and career coaching.

On April 11th, the University of Hartford community raised $556,847 from 1,808 donors from over 35 states during its 10th annual Day of Giving.

The campaign exceeded the goal of 1,700 donors and will fund campus improvements, scholarships, and research—supporting a strong tradition of engagement at UHart.
