  • On March 23rd, 2025, the St. Patrick’s Day-themed Johnny’s Jog for Charity 5K took place at Blue Back Square in West Hartford and drew about 1,500 runners and walkers to support children’s nonprofits. Organizers said they expect the event to raise nearly $100,000 (with beneficiaries including Covenant Preparatory School and Miracle League) as it honors Johnny’s legacy.  We-Ha

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • A new bill before the legislature would create a clear process for absentee voting for incarcerated people who are legally allowed to vote—ensuring ballots are sent to their last home address.
