- ➤ An early morning blaze at a Sharon Street multifamily home in Hartford injured a resident and a firefighter — over a dozen people were displaced from the building. FOX61

- ➤ After weeks of preparation, 220 Parkville Community School students performed dances that turned written stories into movement in the eight-week Justice Dance Performance Project’s Moving Matters! program. The recital took place at Mather Hall at Trinity College and the project has brought creative arts to Hartford schools for 30 years. FOX61
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Government officials and environmental advocates on the banks of the Connecticut River criticized the EPA for beginning its process to roll back 31 environmental regulations that protect air quality in the state. They warned that undoing rules on greenhouse gases and interstate pollution could harm public health—especially for children and the elderly—and lead to more days with poor air quality.
