- ➤ Hartford police are investigating the fatal shooting of 35-year-old Myron Meyers — who was found with a gunshot wound outside the American Legion Building on Main Street near Battles Street — after a ShotSpotter alert led responders to the scene around 11:30 p.m. on Friday, with Meyers later dying at a nearby hospital.
