About this event

Ember is heading to Priam Vineyards for four nights of live-fire cooking, seasonal food, and Connecticut wine. Indoor Event!

We’re bringing our mobile restaurant to the vineyard with a late-fall menu built around local ingredients and dishes that pair beautifully with Priam’s wines. Think hearty seasonal flavors, dinner cooked over an open fire, and a glass of something made right where you’re dining.

Come spend an evening with us, explore the wines, and enjoy Ember in a new setting.

Reservations are for parties of 1-12 people and are available between 4:30 and 8:00 PM each evening.
