Dance for PD® is a chair-based dance class for people living with Parkinson’s. Through dance, music, and creative expression, each class builds balance and stability, flexibility and coordination, and the rhythm that supports walking, while the music and company lift the spirit. No dance experience is needed. Classes are welcoming, inclusive, and adapted for all ability levels.
Classes are led by Teaching Artist Amy Valente from Neighborhood Music School in New Haven, CT.
