My talk at 12:00pm: Permission Slips: The Freedom Framework for Radical Relief

So many of us understand exactly why we do what we do. We’ve done “the work.” We can name the pattern. And still, nothing really shifts. Here’s the thing. You can’t think your way out of something your body is still bracing against. Freedom begins the moment you stop fighting.

In this talk, I’ll walk you through three simple permission slips:

• Permission to feel safe — coming back into your body

• Permission to feel fully — letting emotion move instead of managing it

• Permission to allow — making room for life as it actually is

We’ll practice each one together, right there in the room. Nothing big or dramatic. Just a chance to feel the difference for yourself. Take what’s for you and leave the rest.

Readings throughout the day

Before and after the talk, I’ll be offering 20-minute channeled intuitive readings. They work best when you come with one area of life you’d like to look at, like a relationship, a decision, or something you’ve been feeling stuck on. We’ll start there and see what comes through.

The fair also has astrology, card, psychic, and intuitive readers, vendors, wellness practitioners, a café, and other free presentations. Admission is free, so come for the talk and stay as long as you like.
