About this event
Grupo Niche brings the energy of Colombian salsa to the Palace Theater on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 8 to 10 pm as part of the Niche Disco Tour 2026. The tour marks a new visual chapter for the legendary group, drawing inspiration from the vibrant, dance-focused spirit of the golden era of salsa in the 1980s.
The production reimagines the festive atmosphere of that era through a contemporary aesthetic centered on disco influences, incorporating distinctive textures, colors and symbols designed to inspire movement and celebration. At the heart of the concept is Grupo Niche’s enduring Afro-Colombian heritage, which continues to shape the group’s musical and artistic identity.
The Niche Disco Tour pays tribute to the group’s history while looking toward its future with a refreshed visual universe and modern presentation. Audiences can expect an energetic celebration that blends salsa tradition with a stylish disco-inspired approach.
Grupo Niche takes place at the Palace Theater, 100 East Main Street, Waterbury, CT 06702. Additional information and tickets are available at Grupo Niche .
