About this event
Movement improvisation is the process of spontaneously creating movement inspired by prompts, music, or other people in the room. Together we will move through a slow, gentle warm-up into a series of improvisational explorations. This is a space for creation, play, and to connect with yourself and others through movement. Kari is a long-time improvisor who finds movement improvisation to be the place where they find joy through embodied presence and curiosity.
