Booked, Busy, and Blessed

About this event

Sopranos Stephanie Lupo and Rosemary Fochler present their elective junior recital in an evening of song celebrating life both on and off the stage. Through music that reflects the joy, humor, challenges, and beauty of life, they share a glimpse into the journey that brought them here.

Booked, Busy, and Blessed is a celebration of life’s beautiful chaos. Through a collection of works by Quilter, Donaudy, Rodrigo, Schumann, and more, Stephanie Lupo and Rosemary Fochler mark an exciting milestone not only in their journey as musicians and educators, but in the friendship that has grown alongside it.

From opera rehearsals and Songfests to stressful days and moments of laughter, they have encouraged one another through challenges and celebrated each other’s accomplishments, big and small, that have made these years so special.

Booked, Busy, and Blessed pieces together music with themes of love, joy, growth, and hope for the future. Best friends, roommates, and inseparable partners in performance and life, Stephanie and Rosemary are indebted to share this recital with the people who have supported them, and invite you to celebrate friendship that continues long beyond the stage.
