About this event

I will help students recognize health and wellness tips they can incorporate into their everyday lives, while also giving them ways to support their physical, mental, emotional and social well being. I will also use planting seeds as a metaphor for emphasizing that personal growth takes time, and letting them reflect on their current behaviors and habits and how those may have an impact on them.
