About this event

Participants will experience gentle, accessible strength-focused mat yoga sessions. We’ll focus on simple movements to build stability, improve balance, and support everyday activities like standing, walking, and reaching. We will build on these foundations with progressive, supportive exercises to increase strength, confidence, and mobility in a calm, welcoming environment. Modifications will be offered so each person can move at their own pace.
