About this event

Priam Vineyards is a Marine-owned farm and winery. On November 14 we close out Marine Corps birthday week with a full day on the farm: the day is for every veteran, the evening is for the Corps.

The Day: 11 AM to 5 PM, free and open

• Veteran-owned vendors and makers across the farm

• Live music

• Food truck

• Tasting room open, Blood Stripe Red available by the bottle all day

• Toys for Tots collection box at the door. Bring a new, unwrapped toy.

The Evening: 5 to 9 PM, ticketed

Blood Stripe is back. We made a single run of this St. Croix red to honor the scarlet stripe worn by Marine Corps NCOs and officers, and it sold out. The 2026 release is poured for the first time at 5 PM.

At 6:30 PM we hold the Marine Corps birthday cake-cutting ceremony. The first slice goes to the oldest Marine in the room, who passes it to the youngest. If you've been to a Marine Corps Ball, you know. If you haven't, come find out.

$5 from every evening ticket and $5 from every bottle of Blood Stripe sold that day goes to Thames River Detachment #1334 of the Marine Corps League, the Marines who run Toys for Tots in New London County.

Evening tickets: $20 general, $15 veterans and active duty. Your ticket includes your first pour of Blood Stripe and a slice of birthday cake. Limited to 125 guests. Dress warm. Bring a Marine.
